Cisco is backed by sophisticated infrastructure and systems that provide exceptional visibility from the aggregation and analysis of unrivaled telemetry data at Cisco, encompassing:
The result is a security intelligence cloud producing "big intelligence" and reputation analysis that track threats across networks, endpoints, mobile devices, virtual systems, web, and email.
This provides a holistic understanding of threats, their root causes, and scopes of outbreaks, translating into leading security effectiveness for Cisco security solutions. The renowned security experts are a combined team from, Sourcefire’s Vulnerability Research Team, the Cisco Threat Research and Communications group and the Cisco Security Applications group.
Sonata is proud to support the success of Cisco’s security product and the millions of users they serve.

It was 2004, and DemandTec was one of the fastest-growing companies in the retail and CP enterprise software space. At the time they were managing over 100 clients including Wal-Mart, Safeway, Best Buy, Tyson and Pepsi. The business was theirs to lose, but they had a problem: new business engagements were limited due to bandwidth constraints on the development and support side.
Dan Fishback was the CEO and an experienced sales executive at the time. He realized that to move his business forward he needed a reliable partner with experience in the industry to help him expand quickly.
This decision to trust Sonata with the growth of his business enabled the company to expand its clients and also acquire several new companies including:

Wearable devices and the internet of things (IoT) allows objects to be sensed and controlled remotely across existing network infrastructure, creating opportunities for more direct integration of the physical world into computer-based systems and resulting in improved efficiency, accuracy and economic benefit. When IoT is augmented with sensors and actuators, the technology becomes an instance of the more general class of cyber-physical systems, which also encompasses technologies such as smart grids, smart homes, intelligent transportation, and smart cities.

So where does a 37-year-old golf company turn when they need to develop cutting-edge solutions into the wearables market?
Sonata was ready and able to create a custom solution for TaylorMade. 40k+ golf courses across 5 countries containing 11m individual course details became the master data set of the myRoundPro product for TaylorMade. Within 45 days, Sonata deployed a team of 75 engineers to bring myRoundPro to market on time and under budget.
With TaylorMade’s myRoundPro you can now track your rounds enabling you to keep a record of your scores, view every shot on a map of the course and begin to identify areas for improvement. Based on the record of your scores, myRoundPro analyzes golfers’ statistics in further detail and includes new data such as Strokes Gained, proximity to the hole and other classic statistics such as fairways hit and greens in regulation. All developed to help the golfer adapt and improve.

MobiTV is an online TV streaming provider for mobile devices with customers that include Sprint, AT&T, and Verizon. The Network Operations Command Center for MobiTV was a 24x7 operation. Working closely with the client, Sonata quickly hired two team leads and filled out a team of 8 technology professionals in a short 3 weeks. Replicating the network operations center in Shanghai China included multiple screens, training, and reporting mechanisms.
Leveraging a Network Operations Command monitoring team in Shanghai China resulted in issues being resolved within 3 minutes of error, reporting bugs directly to issue tracking systems, and notifications to the Client immediately during outages. Escalations to more senior personnel were taken within 5 minutes when appropriate, and US-based personnel were called once false positives were eliminated.
